Unlock all skills. You will have access to all skills that require you to beat a challenge. You will still need to spend skill points to actually get the skills, this simply allows you to spec into them.
When enabled, you will have all the skills unlocked. Refresh the skill selection screen for this to take effect by closing it and opening it.
